Frequently Asked Questions
Pursuing the dental care you need can often feel confusing or even overwhelming – thankfully, Dr. Saremi, Dr. De Vincenzo, and the rest of the Cimarron Family Dentistry team is always happy to answer your questions. For added convenience, we’ve compiled several of our most popular FAQs and their answers below. Do you not see the information you’re looking for on this page? Don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Do you see children?
Yes! Like our practice name implies, we really enjoy being a family-friendly practice that can accommodate everyone’s dental needs in one convenient location, including young kids who are just getting started on their oral healthcare journeys. Our experienced team will always be gentle and patient with your son or daughter, personalizing our care approach to fit their current age and personality. You can learn more about our children’s dentistry services here.
What’s the best way to replace missing teeth?
While there is no “perfect” service for every patient’s unique needs and budgets, our dentists will most likely recommend dental implants as the best way to rebuild incomplete smiles. This is because dental implants are wholeheartedly unique in their comprehensive approach – they rebuild every last part of the natural tooth, including the root that’s hidden underneath the gum tissue. With this sturdy foundation back in place, implant-retained teeth are more functional, more attractive, and longer-lasting.
Will I need to see a specialist for dental implants?
Not at all! Our doctors have the advanced training and state-of-the-art technology to perform every stage of dental implant treatment here in-office, including the surgical placement of the implant or implants themselves. We enjoy being able to offer this extra convenience and comfort to patients in need throughout the Hurst community.
I’m having a dental emergency! Can you help?
Absolutely. Dr. Saremi and Dr. De Vincenzo do everything in their power to accommodate urgent dental care situations (such as broken teeth, painful toothaches, or oral bleeding) ASAP, even providing same-day appointments in many cases. Please don’t hesitate to call us, whether you’re a brand-new patient or a reoccurring one – our team is here to help!
I want to straighten my teeth, but not if I have to wear metal braces. Is there another way?
Yes. At Cimarron Family Dentistry, we’re thrilled to now offer Invisalign® Clear Braces, which rely on a modern, custom series of plastic aligners instead of the traditional “bracket-and-wire” model. The aligners are barely noticeable when worn, and their removable nature also makes it easy to continue enjoying all your favorite foods and smiling confidently in photos throughout the treatment process. Contact us today to schedule a consultation and see if you’re a good candidate!
Can you help me feel more relaxed at the dentist’s office?
Of course. We offer sedation dentistry (including nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation) as effective ways to curb anxiety and create a more soothing atmosphere for you or your loved one’s procedure. Our doctors would be happy to review these options in greater detail during an initial call or consultation to help you determine which one is the best fit.
Do you take dental insurance?
Cimarron Family Dentistry is happy to work with most major PPO dental insurance providers, filling claims on the patient’s behalf and maximizing reimbursements. Low-interest financing is also available for qualifying patients. Please visit our new patients page for more information.
